The hotel is conveniently situated near the ski area, bus stop, and some restaurants. the breakfast served was good, and staff was responsive to requests for hot water. there was a ski storage area with heated boot racks.

The rooms lacked sufficient storage for ski gear such as jackets.

the location for skiing was great the hotel was quiet and comfortable and the staff very friendly.

the only negative comment is their was no internet access

The hotel is extremely good value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail is impressive, with comfortable rooms that have recently been refurbished to a high standard, complete with modern bathrooms. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and close to some excellent restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the bus stop to the ski area, making it super close for those eager to hit the slopes.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

There was no wi-fi. I had to to pay a 10euro deposit ( fully refundable) to get an Ethernet cable which did not work with my laptop.

The perfect romantic escape! We had a lovely time at this hotel. the room we stayed in was very well equipped with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the hotel is in a great position, only a short walk away from a beautiful lake and surrounded by amazing views of the mountains. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. the breakfast on offer was superb, with a variety of fresh and delicious items.

Limited nearest parking Our only complaint was that the nearest parking space was a bit of a walk from the hotel.

Perfect location in Kaprun zentrum.

The breakfast was really good, with a lot of variety to choose from. The parking was convenient, as it was located near the hotel and there were always available spots. The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, which was perfect for grabbing dinner or shopping after a long day at work.

The room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities such as a mirror and a second nightstand. There was no soap or shower gel in the shower, which was inconvenient.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We were earlier but the hotel let us check in early which was a big help. We were snowboarding for the weekend and there is a ski room to store your things. Breakfast was good - plenty to keep us going on the slopes. Room was clean and had balcony overlooking the mountains. The position is great - right on the main street through with pubs/restaurants within easy walking distance. We also visited the Tauern Spa which i highly recommend - try it at dusk and watch the sun set over the mountains. Will definitely stay here again - ticked all boxes.

Location, and friendliness of staff.

Although group booking was catered for in evening, no flexibility for myself and daughter to get food in the evening.

I loved the sauna and relaxation area, completely free of charge. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel's location was perfect. It was very close to the city center- restaurants, skibus stop, and everything I needed was easily accessible.

Nothing to fault.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were big and clean with great beds and a fine bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel spot on. Right next to the ski-bus stop to the "Kitzsteinerhorn" and very near the "Maiskogelbahn" and in 5 min walking to the center of Kaprun.

There is no phone to communicate with the reception and no elevator.
